The markets continue to show a lot of volatility with some classes of lambs doing very well in some areas will others not as well. But overall the Easter market appears to have given a good boost to most markets.

We are seeing considerable volatility in the lamb markets. A little over a week ago, Ft Collins, CO reported a sharp decline attributing it to sluggish movement from the feedlots. This week’s report shows lambs relatively strong coming into the Easter Holiday. Be prepared for more ups and downs.
